Schinznach-Bad lies approximately 15 km west of Baden and there has been a bath house there since 1658. The present thermal baths offer the most balanced sulphur springs in Switzerland and modern open-air and indoor pool facilities, all at a temperature of 36°C. There are indoor and open-air hot springs pools and an open-air whirlpool. Other facilities include grassed sunbathing areas, a restaurant, changing cubicles, lockers, showers and toilets. There are saunas with an 80 person capacity, a chilled water basin, a solarium and massage is available. A pitch and putt 9-hole golf course is adjacent.
