Located at Binningen, about 3 km southwest of Basel, the Hallenbad Spiegelfeld is an indoor bathing complex with spa facilities and swimming under lifeguard supervision. The pool is closed on Tuesdays and during the summer holidays. The 25-metre swimmers’ pool, heated to 28°C, is complemented by a 17-metre non-swimmers’ pool at 30°C and 50-100 cm deep. Features include a waterslide, sauna and solarium; fitness classes and massage are available. Facilities include changing cubicles, lockers, showers and toilets. There is also a nice restaurant.
