Located just outside Niederweningen and about 9.5 km northeast of Baden, the Sandhöli Lido offers open-air bathing with good facilities and lifeguard supervision. The swimmers’ pool has a diving tower, with one-metre and three-metre platforms and is supplemented by a non-swimmers’ pool with a giant water slide and a children’s paddling pool. Features include swimming accessories, a children’s playground, a beach volleyball court and plenty of grassed sunbathing areas with shade. Facilities include changing cubicles, lockers, showers, toilets, a kiosk, restaurant and barbeque area.
