Reinach is located approximately 8 km south of Basel and the Reinach Lido offers open-air bathing under lifeguard supervision. The 50-metre swimming pool is complemented by a diving pool with 1-metre and 3-metre platforms and a children’s paddling pool. Other features include various pool accessories, a beach volleyball court, children’s playground, plenty of grassed areas with shade suitable for both sunbathing and picnics and a games area for Frisbee, badminton, table tennis and other sports. Facilities provided include changing cubicles, lockers, showers and toilets and there is a kiosk and a restaurant.
