Although the Piazza Collegia bears no resemblance to its appearance in medieval times, it has many attractions in addition to the Collegiate Church (see separate entry). No 1, drastically altered in the 19th century, has facade busts, the 18th century No 2 was built for the Bruni family and the former Casa Gabuzzi at No.7 features three delicate wrought iron balconies. No.7 is a typical example of an 18th century town house, with decorative plasterwork to the windows, columns dividing the façade into panels and a square tower. The balconies and grilles are one of the highlight of this square.
