Visitors from early May until late October should not miss the aerial cableway trip up to Pfingstegg. The trip takes just five minutes and there are departures every 15 minutes from both the upper and lower stations. Pfingstegg, at 1,391 metres above sea level, is the perfect departure point for walks to the Grindelwald glaciers and offers panoramic views of the entire valley. There is a restaurant with a large sun terrace from which visitors can enjoy the scenery. The romantics can even enjoy a candlelit dinner on a gondola. A big attraction for young and old is the 725 metre toboggan run.
