The Omega Museum was opened in 1983 and presents historical highlights of the famous Swiss brand since its formation in 1848. The collection consists of more than 4,000 items including watches, movements, clocks, instruments, tools, photos, engravings, posters, signs, awards and certificates. Phone to make an appointment and your guided tour will begin with an audio visual introduction in your chosen language. Amongst the many fascinating items on display, are the original 1885 ‘pastime’ watches with roulette, card games and horse racing games, the Apollo space suit worn by the astronauts 1969 to 1972 and the first modern-designed photo finish camera (1949).
