The Museum of Swiss Cutlery is found in Fontaine silversmith’s house, one of Geneva’s oldest shops (founded in 1832). The small museum focuses on Swiss cutlery, as well as the famous Swiss army knives maker, Victorinox. Many models are on display, from the first Swiss knife made in 1891 to the latest tools. The best Swiss craftsmen are represented, with a special focus on the works of Charles Roulin, well-known by collectors throughout the world for his microscopic engravings. A multi-tool knife with 200 features is on exhibition.
