The Observatory on the summit of the Moléson, at a height of 2002 metres above sea level, can be reached by the 1998 funicular and cable car. With the powerful binoculars, there are superb panoramic views from Lake Geneva to the Juras and from the Mont-Blanc to the peaks of the Bernese Oberland. Consider a night-time astronomical experience with the assistance of an expert, the use of four telescopes, accommodation and the facility of a restaurant. Enquire about special deals. The adventurous can stop at the middle station, Plan-Francey at 1517 metres and use the fixed-rope route to the peak.
