Männlichen, at 2,343 metres, offers an exceptional view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. It can be reached in half an hour by the longest gondola ride in Europe, from where it is a 15-minute walk to the summit. Männlichen is a paradise for walkers, skiers and snowboarders and is linked to the Kleine Scheidegg and Wengen lifts. There are walks with beautiful backgrounds to satisfy all tastes, some even suitable for wheelchairs, such as the Alpstrasse between Männlichen and Holenstein. The numerous well prepared slopes will delight skiers and snowboarders and there are also cosy restaurants and bars.
