Lavey-les-bains is a modern, fun and amazingly relaxing place. There are three hot baths with traditional wall jets, an overhead waterfall, river rapids and areas with bubbles. There are also different types of saunas and steam rooms, one of which has ice chips on the floor. Visitors step in to rapidly cool off before heading back out to the warm thermal waters. In the main building are Turkish baths and an indoor swimming pool. The pool has music piped underwater, so visitors can hear classical music or whale sounds while swimming under the surface. The baths are easily accessible to people with mobility problems.
