Langnau im Emmental is situated about 31 km east of Berne and its combined indoor and open-air bathing complex also has a sauna and solarium. The open-air 50-metre swimmers’ pool is complemented by a non-swimmers’ pool and a diving pool with 1-metre and 3-metre platforms. Indoors, there is a 25-metre pool with a 1-metre diving board. Features include a waterslide, children’s paddling pools and playground, beach volleyball court, grassed sunbathing areas with shade and games areas for Frisbee, badminton, etc. Facilities include a well known restaurant with terrace, changing cubicles, lockers, showers and toilets. There is an adjacent mini golf course.
