The Strandbad Erlach is located at the southern end of the Bielersee, approximately 20 km southwest of Biel and next to the municipal camping site. Entry is free to this bathing area which is popular with families and offers, in addition to swimming in the delightful Bielersee, a children’s playground to keep the young amused. Other features include a beach volley ball court, ample grassed areas with shade suitable for both sunbathing and picnics and games areas for Frisbee, badminton and other sports. Facilities include showers, toilets and a snack bar.
