Konolfingen lies about 18 km southeast of Berne and the Schwimmbad Konolfingen is an open-air bathing complex, with solar heated pools and good facilities. The 50-metre swimmers’ pool is supplemented by a non-swimmers’ pool and a children’s paddling pool. Features include a waterslide, one-metre and three-metre diving platforms, a children’s playground, beach volleyball court, grassed areas with shade suitable for both sunbathing and picnics and games areas for Frisbee, badminton, table tennis, boules, etc. Facilities include parking, changing cubicles, lockers, showers and toilets. There is a kiosk and a restaurant.
