Kölliken lies approximately 8 km southwest of Aarau, and the Schwimmbad Kölliken is located in rural surroundings on the outskirts of the town. An open-air bathing complex, it offers a full range of pools under lifeguard supervision. The 50-metre swimmers’ pool is complemented by a non-swimmers’ pool, a diving pool with 1-metre and 3-metre platforms and a children’s paddling pool. Features include a waterslide, grassed areas with shade suitable for both sunbathing and picnics and games areas for Frisbee, badminton, etc. Facilities provided include a restaurant, changing cubicles, showers and toilets.
