Conveniently situated in the south of Berne and close to the Dählhölzli Zoo (see separate entry), the Ka-We-De Lido offers open-air swimming with a long water slide as a particular attraction. There is lifeguard supervision. The open-air swimming pool has an added feature in its artificial wave function; the water slide is 60 metres long and there are also other water accessories for amusement and sunbathing areas with shade. Facilities include changing cubicles, lockers, showers, toilets and there is a restaurant.
