The Schwimmbad Altdorf has an indoor 25-metre swimmers’ pool, a 20-metre non-swimmers’ pool and a children’s paddling pool, all heated. It also has a second large outdoor children’s paddling pool and all swimming is under lifeguard supervision. Other features include one-metre and three-metre diving platforms, a waterslide, a children’s playground, grassed sunbathing areas with shade and a games area for Frisbee, badminton, table tennis, boules and other sports. Facilities include changing cubicles, lockers, showers and toilets, a kiosk and a restaurant. Fitness classes and massage are available and there is a solarium and an adjacent camping site.
