The Hallen & Freibad Burgdorf is a combined indoor and open-air bathing complex with a sauna facility. The 50-metre open-air swimmers’ pool is supplemented by a non-swimmers’ pool, splash pool and a children’s paddling pool. Indoors there is a 27°C heated swimmers’ pool and a non-swimmers’ pool at 30°C. Other features include one-metre and three-metre diving platforms, a waterslide, various pool accessories, grassed area with shade suitable for both sunbathing and picnics and adjacent games areas for table tennis, volleyball, etc. Facilities include changing cubicles, showers and toilets. There is a restaurant. Fitness and other courses are available.
