L’Espace Ballon documents the adventures of hot air balloon travel from inception to the present day. Covering every aspect, from history to techniques, while also showing the beautiful moments and incredible records, the museum opens the world of hot air balloons to visitors. Located in the centre of the village of Château-d’Oex, L’Espace Ballon has activities of all kinds focussed around balloon travel. The exhibition, both temporary and permanent, enable you to discover the world of “lighter than the air” from various angles.
