The Freibad Hellbach is an open-air bathing complex in the Eiger village of Grindelwald and is surrounded by superb Alpine scenery. The 25-metre swimmers’ pool is complemented by a 20-metre non-swimmers’ pool and a 9-metre diameter circular children’s paddling pool, all under lifeguard supervision. Other features include a waterslide, jacuzzi, grassed sunbathing areas with shade and games areas for Frisbee, badminton, table tennis and other sports. Facilities provided include a restaurant, changing cubicles, lockers, showers and toilets. Fitness classes are available.
