Grosshöchstetten is located about 17 km southeast of Lucerne and has a bathing complex with a sauna and solarium. The facility has indoor and open-air swimmers’ and non-swimmers’ pools, an open-air diving pool with one-metre and three-metre platforms, and indoor and open-air children’s paddling pools. Other features include a children’s playground, beach volleyball court, grassed areas with shade suitable for both sunbathing and picnics and games areas for Frisbee, badminton, etc. Facilities include changing cubicles, showers and toilets, barbeque areas, a kiosk and a restaurant. Fitness classes are available.
