The Hallenbad Grindelwald indoor bathing complex is part of the large Grindelwald Sportzentrum (see separate entry). The 17-metre swimmers’ pool is complemented by a 10-metre non-swimmers’ pool and 6-metre children’s paddling pool, all under lifeguard supervision. Other features include a one-metre diving board and a 70-metre black hole waterslide. There is a restaurant, changing cubicles, lockers, showers and toilets. This attractive complex also has a spa centre with a Finnish Sauna sanarium steam bath, solarium and a sun terrace with great views. The facility is open throughout the year except for a 5/6 week maintenance period in April/ May.
