Located close to the river Rhine and surrounded by high trees, the Giessen Park Lido is about a 10 minutes walk from the centre of Bad Ragaz and has the only 50-metre open-air pool in the region. In addition to the main pool, there is a 25-metre non-swimmers pool and a children’s paddling pool, a grassed sunbathing area, picnic facilities, shade and a lifeguard. There are also changing cubicles, lockers, toilets and showers, a kiosk and a restaurant. A games area has facilities for table tennis, Frisbee and badminton.
