The Frei und Hallenbad Entfelden is a combined indoor and outdoor bathing complex under lifeguard supervision, located about 5 km south of Aarau. There are swimming pools and children’s paddling pools, both open-air and indoors, those indoors being heated to 28 °C. Features include two beach volleyball courts, ample grassed areas with shade suitable for both sunbathing and picnics and games areas for Frisbee, badminton, table tennis, boules and other sports. Facilities include saunas, a solarium, a snack bar, restaurant, changing cubicles, lockers, showers and toilets.
