The Crestasee is a delightful small lake surrounded by forest, situated approximately 4.5 km east of Flims on the road to Chur; it is a protected natural monument of the Graubünden canton. The Naturbad Crestasee offers lake swimming under lifeguard supervision in clear blue-green water, with a shallow area fenced off for children. The lake is some 4.7 hectares (11.6 acres). Features include a landing stage and raft, children’s playground, grassed sunbathing areas with shade and a games area for Frisbee, badminton, etc. Facilities provided include changing cubicles, toilets and a kiosk and restaurant. Boats can be hired.
