The Freibad Churwalden is located approximately 11 km south of Chur and offers open-air bathing in beautiful surroundings. The large heated swimmers’ pool is supplemented by a children’s paddling pool. Other features include plenty of grassed area for picnics and sunbathing, with shade if required, and a games area for Frisbee, badminton and other sports. Facilities provided include changing cubicles, showers and toilets. There is a kiosk and, as there is also a barbeque area, this is a convenient place for a family outing
