The late-Gothic sculpture over the main portal, depicting the Last Judgment, is an outstanding feature of the Münster. It has carved wood and stone figures of which the 170 smaller are original and the 47 larger are 1964 copies. The saved souls are on the left and the damned on the right. The large stained-glass chancel windows date from 1441-1450, although, after 1520 storm damage, those on the right are 1868 replacements. The ‘Dance of Death’ window in the Matter Chapel is particularly noteworthy. Other features include the 1470 pulpit, the 1520 choir stalls and the ceiling vaults from 1572-73.
