The Piscine Couverte de l´Orval is located about 23 km south of Delémont, on the outskirts of the small town of Bévilard. Opened in 1981 and renovated in 1997, it is an attractive indoor bathing complex under lifeguard supervision. The 25-metre by 13-metre swimmers’ pool is supplemented by a 12-metre by 6-metre non swimmers’ pool; both are heated to between 28° and 30° C. There is a one-metre diving board and the complex has a sauna. Other facilities include a restaurant, changing cubicles, lockers, showers, and toilets. The complex is open throughout the year and various courses are available.
