Located at Bremgarten bei Bern, about 7 km north of Bern, the Badeplatz Reichenbach offers bathing in the River Aare, which will suit those who like quiet and peaceful surroundings and are not concerned with the facilities of larger lidos. There are grassed areas with shade suitable for both sunbathing and for picnics and the additional feature of a barbeque area. This is one of two such facilities, the other being Felsenau Rundstrecke, also on the Aare, a little further south and also with a barbeque area.
