The Blumisberg Golf & Country Club is located at Wünnewil, approximately 16 km northeast of Fribourg and about 17 km southwest of Berne. Founded in 1958, it has an 18 hole course designed by Bernhard von Limburger, measuring 6,011 metres with a par rating of 71; it is a good challenge and calls for precise play. The magnificent landscape offers views of the Jura and the Alps. Facilities include a driving range, pitching and putting greens, practice bunker, pro shop and restaurant. Golf clubs, trolleys and electric carts can be hired.
