The Bergholz Lido located in Wil, approximately 17.5 km southeast of Frauenfeld, has a full range of facilities and open-air pools under lifeguard supervision. The 50-metre swimmers’ pool is supplemented by a non-swimmers’ pool, a splash pool with waterfall and slides, a diving pool with 1-metre, 3-metre and 5-metre platforms and a children’s paddling pool. Other features include a giant waterslide, various pool accessories, a children’s playground, a beach volleyball court, grassed sunbathing areas with shade and games areas for Frisbee, badminton and other sports.
